4. Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Invoicing
In compliance with Indian taxation laws:
- All subscription fees are subject to 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax) in India (SAC Code: 998315 - Hosting & IT recruitment software services).
- Prices displayed on the pricing page indicate base or total amounts inclusive of standard taxes where specified.
- Upon successful transaction, an electronic GST-compliant tax invoice containing our GSTIN, HSN/SAC code, and breakdown (CGST+SGST / IGST) is automatically generated and sent to your registered email address.
- Corporate employers can input their registered company GSTIN during checkout or profile management to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).
5. Payment Failures & Pending Transactions
If your bank account or UPI wallet is debited but you experience a connection drop or see a "Payment Pending" screen:
Automatic Reconciliation: Razorpay's auto-reconciliation system checks pending transactions every 15 minutes. Once confirmed by your issuing bank, your Pro account is automatically provisioned.
Auto-Reversal: If the transaction is declined or fails to settle, the debited amount is automatically reversed by your issuing bank within 2 to 4 business days.
